If a file won’t open in our viewer
Please tell us:
- What happens when you open it, such as an error message or a blank screen
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone
- The file size
- The DWG version, if you know it
Please don’t email us confidential drawings. A description of the problem is usually enough for us to suggest a fix. If we need to test a file, we’ll ask first, and you can send a non-sensitive sample.
